1 Introduction

3 Account Eligibility

To create and maintain an account on loto8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are registering as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of a corporate entity or any third party.

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

Upon registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate or out of date. The following obligations apply:

4.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on loto8 at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities, email addresses, device fingerprints, IP addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All accounts in excess of one will be closed, and any associated balances or winnings may be forfeited without prior notice.

4.2 KYC Documentation

loto8 is required to verify the identity and age of all users prior to the processing of withdrawals. Standard KYC documentation includes:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, Malaysian Passport, or equivalent).

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period of request will result in withdrawal suspension and may result in account closure.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. loto8 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your login information. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

5 Deposits & Payments

loto8 accepts deposits via the following methods for Malaysian users: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and others), and selected cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin/BTC and USDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 for most payment methods. Individual method minimums may vary and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account balance in real time or within minutes. Processing delays may occur in cases of bank system outages or additional verification requirements.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. The following conditions and timelines apply:

• Withdrawals require a fully verified KYC status. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 for most methods.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow may take 1 to 4 hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain network confirmation times, which are outside loto8's control.
• loto8 reserves the right to conduct additional security or fraud checks on withdrawals, which may extend processing time. Users will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• Withdrawals from accounts under investigation for suspicious activity may be held pending the outcome of the investigation.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

loto8 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account carry a wagering requirement. The specific rollover multiplier is stated in the individual promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. 7.2 Bonus Claiming Rules

7.3 Referral Bonuses

The referral programme is available to registered, KYC-verified members. The referee (referred friend) must register a new account using the referrer's unique code, complete KYC verification, and make a qualifying first deposit. Both the referrer and referee must meet the programme's eligibility conditions for the bonus to be credited. Referring existing customers, self-referring, or generating fraudulent referrals through artificial means will result in disqualification and account action.

8 Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in any of the following conduct on or in connection with the loto8 platform:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with games or the platform in ways not intended for human players.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in live dealer games or sports betting.

loto8 reserves the right to immediately suspend any account suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct, void associated winnings, and report activity to relevant authorities where required.

9 Games & Betting Rules

All games available on loto8 use certified random number generators (RNG) and are subject to the rules of the respective game studio. The outcome of each game or bet is final once the round is completed and confirmed by the system. In the event of a disagreement between the game display and the server records, the server records shall prevail.

For sports betting, all markets are governed by the applicable sports betting rules displayed at the time of wagering. Voided or cancelled events will have corresponding bets refunded to the account balance. loto8 does not guarantee the availability of any specific sporting event or betting market at any time.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

loto8 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. 11 Responsible Gambling

13 Limitation of Liability

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which loto8 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism specified by the licensing authority.
